RVIS high school students had the pleasure of viewing “Salam Neighbor”, a documentary about Syrian Refugees in Jordan before its official launch. In addition to the viewing, students met the producer and director and were given the opportunity to ask and learn more about the experiences that were faced in the making of the documentary.
Students were asked to share what they felt about the Syrian Crisis before viewing the documentary and how they felt after the viewing. It was a very informative and interactive activity. Students were enthusiastic in finding out ways in which they could make a difference.
